PDF Accessibility support
For parser errors, unsupported scope, missing review records or subscription reconciliation, include the product name and an opaque support reference. Never include document text, files, object keys or payment information automatically.
When a file cannot be checked
Preserve the source. An unavailable validator or parser error is not a successful check. Use source-authoring guidance for encrypted, signed, scanned, form, table or multi-column files.
When a candidate is blocked
Metadata and layout proposals do not establish a usable repaired PDF. A candidate must pass independent machine validation and source-fidelity checks. Review and explicitly accept the remaining human checks before downloading. Unsupported or failed candidates cannot be delivered.
